Application to Join the Panel

　　SNIAC welcomes applications from individuals with substantial legal or professional experience to join its Panel of Arbitrators.

　　Applicants should generally satisfy the following criteria:

　　• Good professional reputation and ethical standing;

　　• Substantial legal, arbitration or relevant professional experience;

　　• Familiarity with international arbitration procedures and commercial practice;

　　• Strong communication skills and sound professional judgement;

　　• Willingness to comply with the SNIAC Arbitration Rules and the Code of Conduct for Arbitrators.

　　Applicants may submit their applications and supporting materials to the SNIAC Secretariat. The SNIAC Management Committee will review applications having regard to the applicant’s professional qualifications, experience and the institutional development needs of SNIAC.
