　　Supported by the Australian Attorney-General’s Department, Sydney International Arbitration Center (hereinafter referred to as SNIAC) is a permanent international arbitration institution established under the International Arbitration Act 1974 by a globally influential non-profit public foundation. As one of the world’s leading international arbitration institutions, SNIAC focuses on the resolution of international commercial disputes and has operated continuously as an independent entity since its establishment.

　　SNIAC is headquartered in Sydney, with liaison offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, as well as in the United States, South Korea, China, Central Asia and other countries and regions. As one of the major legal and commercial centres in the Asia-Pacific region, Sydney offers a highly international environment and a strong common law legal foundation. SNIAC is committed to providing professional arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution services to parties, legal practitioners, arbitrators, mediators, and participants in cross-border commerce.
